    ஏற்றுக்கொள்வது.
2. Accepting others with their short comings.

3. மற்றவர்களின் கருத்துக்களை அவர்கள்
கோணத்திலிருந்து புரிந்துகொள்ளுதல்.
3. Understanding the opinions of others from their perspectives.

4. எதை விட வேண்டுமோ அதை விட பழகிகொள்தல்.
4. Learning to leave what are to be avoided.

5. மற்றவர்களிடமிருந்து எதிர்பார்ப்பதை விடுதல்.
5. Leaving the expectations from others.

6. செய்வதை மன அமைதியுடன் செய்வது.
6. Doing whatever we do with peace of mind.

7. நம் புத்திசாலித்தனத்தை மற்றவர்களிடம்
    நிரூபிப்பதை விடுவது.
7. Avoiding to prove our intelligence on others.

8. நம் செயல்களை மற்றவர் ஏற்க வேண்டும்
என்ற நிலையை விடுதல்.

9. மற்றவர்களுடன் நம்மை ஒப்பிடுவதை விடுதல்.

10. எதற்குமே சஞ்சலப்படாமல் மனதை அமைதியாக வைத்துக்கொள்ள முயற்சித்தல்..

11. நம் அடிப்படை தேவைக்கும், நாம் அடைய
    விரும்புவற்றிற்கும் உள்ள வேறுபாட்டினை உணர்தல்.
